2、设有两条快送带，一条承接上一段定形好的鞋面与配好的大底进行洗药水，另一条贴好底的鞋子快速送到压底处压底。

3、采用SCR高精确恒温控制系统，可依材质要求，调节红外线的能量强弱（光亮度），即省电能。21

4、环形旋转式输送机采用上下两层，上层放大底，下层放鞋面，适合于小型生产线使用。

5、贴底处设有电热保温装置，可独立控制，确保胶水的贴合性。

6、刷胶位工作器附吸胶味设备，整体设计，环保又美观方便。

7、工作位两侧，设有紧急停止按钮，有紧急故障可安全停机。

8、每个烘箱可烘干活化3-4个鞋架，速度快，效率高。

9、可调式置鞋架，适合于各种鞋型。
