后跟蒸湿机功能介绍

后跟蒸湿机用途：本机适用于各式鞋面或后跟之热熔胶或热熔胶港宝与鞋面和内里的熔合，配合真皮蒸湿软化作业一次完成，使鞋面或后跟结帮更加完美，减少鞋面损耗。PU-COATING或厚的PU亦适用。

后跟蒸湿机说明：鞋头或后跟之热熔胶由于受厚度或鞋面及内里太厚之阻隔因素，不易软化，使鞋头或后跟结帮品质不良或皮料皲裂，本机利用高压之蒸汽及配合特殊之耐热，加热材质，使热熔胶及皮面一次软化。由于蒸汽之热度为活动性，能渗透鞋面及内里，与干热式的加热决然不同，所以软化之速度及品质皆为干热式的一倍以上。

后跟蒸湿机特征：本机对于女鞋，休闲鞋，运动鞋及特殊鞋型皆适用。本机之电热及蒸汽可任意调节，适用于各种皮质。本机采用两段式补水，配备缺水警报，多层式安全保护，安全性高。
