急速冷冻定型机日常操作保养及安全要求

冷冻定型机日常操作：

1.在开机前确认上级电源开关开启，接通高压空气。

2.检查设备上有无摆放其它物品。

3.检查各种操作按钮，仪表是否完好。

4.在检查无异常后打开电源开关，按下⑥上的绿色键“1”，设备即开始运行。

冷冻定型机日常保养及安全要求：

1.每日工作结束后，清扫机器上的灰尘及杂物。

2.每周至少清除一次冷凝器上灰尘及毛绒，具体操作步骤如下：

a.关掉电源和压缩空气的连接卸下挡板用刷子或压缩空气清洁冷凝器将挡板复位。

在保养过程中应注意：不要用手触及冷凝翅片划伤手指，使用压缩空气时不要对着人或自己的眼睛及耳朵，以免造成伤害。

3.本机为皮带传动，注意：不要将围裙，碎布等放在皮带上，以免造成卡堵，造成设备故障及人身伤害。
