压底机使鞋子底部压著更完美，它的特点：

1. 压底机每个动作均具有外部手柄调压功能，使鞋子底部压著更完美。

2. 压底机采用全油压系统设计，适用于龙船底、墙式包底运动鞋及休闲鞋的外底压著。压底、压边及压前后可一次完成或个别完成，出力大、贴合牢固，除节省人工外，压著均匀、效果佳，是制鞋业升级的自动化压底设备。

3.自动平衡压杆及偏摆机构：两支压杆高低调整采用油压自动平衡结构，对于鞋楦之高低变化均免调整，并确保两支压杆之压力平均，使鞋底之压著力量更均匀。两支压杆可同时做偏摆动作。以利鞋楦之取放，一改旧式机台压杆为固定式，操作不便之问题。

4.压力机构：鞋楦两侧之压著采用全油压式动作，两边各有九个橡胶发泡体压块，可随时大小不同之鞋型做密实之墙边压著，而每个压块均由独立之油压缸推动，每支压力可达250-300KG，前后各有两组并装置挡梢供选择用与不用，使鞋边之黏著达到最付佳之效果。

5.上升油压缸使用预充阀补充油量，可使操作上升动作加速，节省操作时间，增高经济效益。

6.压底机的压杆机构采用油压自动平衡系统，压杆高低不需调整，操作简单。

7.压杆机构自动偏摆角度定位设计，使鞋子取放容易，长统或半长统鞋操作上，亦非常方便。

8.前后束紧机构后退时，采用特殊电路设计控制其后退距离更换鞋子大小简易。
