前帮机爪子原理

1.中爪偏摆调整：中爪可自动左右偏摆，排列成鞋头斜角爪型;

2.爪子滑动系统：撑台上升时可设定爪子降压滑动，降低鞋面撑破机会;

3.二爪角度调整：左右二爪角度可以自动配合鞋头大小排列;

4.爪子独立微放：所有爪子可独立设定手动/自动微放，精确调整鞋面张力;

5.大小号鞋型调整：左右边爪型可以独立随鞋号大小自动调整;

6.撑台变速双升：撑台二段速度上升，减少撑台对鞋面之冲击力;

7.左右鞋爪型切换：完成左/右鞋结帮后，可自动切换成右/左鞋爪型;

8.压力速度快速调整，油压压力及速度置于机外，可快速监控并调整;

9.自动侦错功能：异常时除警示灯闪烁，荧幕显示可能异常原因;

10.爪型及鞋型记忆：爪型位置及鞋型操作参数，可储存记忆于电脑内;

11.扫刀快熟更换：以手指推拨方式，即可快速取下或装上扫刀;

12.束紧器快速更换：免工具束紧器拆换装置，提升鞋型更换效率;
