鞋厂车间配线导线截面确定方法

工厂配线导线截面确定公式（供参考）

380V/220V三相五线制供电时

三跟相线，一跟零线，一跟地线

零线，地线为相同规格导线，截面为相线截面的35%

采用380v/220v供电时计算公式如下：

P×L×100×2

 

 

R(380)2×△U%

S=导线截面（平方毫米）

P=用电设备的功率（瓦）

L=线路长度（米）

R=导线的导电率（铜线r=54/毫米2.欧，铝线r=32/毫米2.欧）

△U%=允许的电压损失百分数，一般按5%计算

例如：P=110KW=110000W

L=150米

△U%=5%  采用铜芯线配线  则：

 

S=

 

 

110000×150×100×2

 

=84mm2

54(380)2×5

 

将此数据往高一层数字选用如：84mm2以上，查表则实际选用95mm2，则零线，地线截面为95×0.35=33mm2,查表数字往高一层则选用35mm2
